Resolution about the Republic

Knowing that:

The Kingdom of Zvoda, which claims to be the only legitimate state of Zvoda, lacks of any international wide recognition.

Understanding that:

The Transitional Authority of Zvoda, which is the body that represents the Karaskian occupation of our land, also lacks of any wide international recognition but that of Yuktobania and the occupators themselves.

Being able to visualize that:

None of these two governments, in the respective portion of land they control on the Region of Zvoda, has been able to guarantee the well being of their inhabitants. Submitting Zvodans to a perpetual state of poverty on the monarchist side, and another of opression on the Karaskian one.

And finally, seeing that:

We are the only organised option that has so far offered a democratic, popular and sovereign alternative, willing to cooperate with the entire international community for the advancement of Zvoda. And we are beholden to no one and nothing but our desire for the well-being of the Zvodan people and diaspora.

BY MEANS OF THIS RESOLUTION, IS IT DECREED:

1) Recognition of the Zvodan Republic as the only state rightfully owner of the popular sovereignty in Zvodan land.

2) Recognition of the Zvodan Republic as the rightful owner of the sovereignthy of the lands that currently belong to the Kingdom of Zvoda and the TAZ, known as the Region of Zvoda.

3) To enable the new republican government recognised through this entity to establish diplomatic, commercial and financial relations with the international community on behalf of the entire people of Zvoda.
