About the situation in Lettonia

The situation in Lettonia has dismayed us all, including the Dominions, which also has a little fact of brotherhood with the Lettonian nation which makes our bonds, and also our dismay, even bigger. That's why:

Knowing that

The live execution of a head of state by rebel forces, the murder of innocent people for this purpose and others constitute serious war crimes, if any, crimes against humanity and an irresponsible violation of international order and peace.

Having:

A 'Global Arbitration Hub' recently created by the Resolution 006 approved by our Assembly being hosted in Tennemagma. Which allows us to bring justice to those barbarians of humanity who commit atrocious acts that are immoral and unjustifiable by any means.

Assuring that:

If Tennemagma can't host the, hopefully possible, trial, the Dominions is a neutral place which will always be at service for international peace and justice.

And finally, hoping that:

The international community, with the exception of those infamous collaborators who, as a result of this vote, will come to light either through their denial or indifference, will unite to make this world a place where breaches of order and crimes against all types of legal frameworks are condemned.

WE ORDER BY MEANS OF THIS RESOLUTION:

1) Declare the leadership of the monarchist rebel legions wreaking havoc in Lettonia, and all those involved or complicit in the extrajudicial execution of Emperor Augustus guilty of crimes against humanity. Or war crimes if a tribunal established pursuant to this resolution decides that it is an armed conflict.

2) Establish a tribunal, with headquarters on where the Global Arbitration Hub's authorities decide, to fullfil the mission of this Resolution.

3) Issue an arrest warrant against all those found guilty of the crimes mentioned in this text. To be judged in the future.
