Motion to Establish a "Global Arbitration Hub" in the Pearl Islands

The Most Serene Republic of Tennemagma has requested from this assembly to host an international diplomatic and arbitration hub, which could be expanded to include human rights tribunals, war crime tribunals, or additional sectors in the future. La Serenissima envisions a place where international disputes can be negotiated effectively and in a neutral, uninvolved third party. The Serene Republic points to its negotiating an end to the Castrellan-Armasyan crisis a few years ago, as an example of its diplomatic capability.
