CONDEMNATION OF ILLEGAL INVASION OF LETTONIA

GIVEN THAT

*An invasion, whether or not accompanied by a casus belli, constitutes an unacceptable disruption to the stability of the world order.*

*The Karaskian State, whether or not in peace, has sustained itself all these years through evil means, constituting an illegal kleptocracy that can't be another single day on earth with support from the free states of the world.*

*The Karaskian State is known for commiting vile crimes, such as those commited against the Zvodans while the Transitional Zvodan Authority was ruling those lands, or even those commited against its own people.*

*The Karaskian oligarchs and their leader, Chagatai Khan, can't be justified nor defended through any sort of argument at this point.*

*The FNS, through this declaration and condemnation, will acknowledge the necessity for CHANGE on Karaskia.*

WE DECLARE

1. All FNS States are obliged through means of this declaration to *SANCTION all Karaskian oligarchs and leaders, and to DETAIN* them if they step over any other land but theirs.

a. It is emphasised that there is an urgent need for these sanctions to focus, as far as possible, on the personal, unique and individual nature of the leaders, rather than on the Karaskian state as a whole, as this would add to the already excessive suffering of that people.

2. The FNS *CONDEMNS through means of this declaration, the operations and sole existence of the current regime ruling the Karaskian state, due to its kleptocratic, oligarchic and authoritarian nature, and recognizes the NEED* for a change.

3. *Chagatai Khan and associates are charged before the International Court of Justice of the FNS with:*

a.Fraudulent association

b.Embezzlement of public funds

c.Money laundering

d.Trading in influence

e.Misconduct in public office

f. Usurpation of power

g.Crimes against humanity

h.Undermining of the institutional order
